Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.
The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower..
Wonderfull modern 2 room apartment with Trave view, old town and the Skandinavienkai and with surrounding balcony (corner; canvas blinds). Living-/diningroom: sofa, one dining table with four chairs, cabinets, flat TV, 47inches, Hifi, bedroom with boxspring-bed (2 mattresses, electrically adjustable) 70,8 x 31,5 inches, cupboard. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 plates ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, electric water kettle and microwave (no baking oven). Bathroom with WC, bidet, hair-dryer, new big shower 66,9 x 31,5 inches (low entrance) and washbasin with big mirror.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence.
You will find wellness offers like swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic, hairdresser or restaurants and coffee shops at extra costs in the house.
Important information for the parking card :
Please lay the card in the tray to open the first gate. Then drive towards the lower floor. To pass the second gate, hold the card in front of the button. Do not hold the card twice in front of the device but only once until the gate opens. If you move too carefully, it might cause an error. Your space on the lower floor has the # 271. If you don't pass the second gate, meaning you chose to park somewhere else on the other floors, you will not be able to exit the garage with your card. You will then have to go to the pay station and pay the fee for the parking duration to be able to leave the garage.
The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1.60/night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3 from May 15th to September 14th.

A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
