Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.

The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.

MARITIM-RESIDENZ, 32nd floor nr. 315, approx. 64 sqm (inclusive the balcony), two room apartment for 2-4 persons. ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Travemünde/Ostsee view. The apartment is tastefully furnished. Living room with dining table, 4 chairs, corner sofa, coffee table, fold away bed, bed can be fold out separately, sideboard, TV. Bedroom with built in closet, sideboard, doublebed 1,60 x 2,00m (two single mattresses) with open foot end, door to the balcony from the bedroom. New white kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, baking oven with ceran cooktop with 4 plates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maschine, electric water kettle. Bathroom with built-in shower, WC, radiator for towels, balcony furnitures, no awnings. The apartment is laid out with vinyl. Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed.

The key for the bollard hangs on one of the apartment key rings. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Pets are not allowed. You will find the WiFi-Password in the apartment.
You will find a covered outdoor parking space with holders for bikes next to the entrance of the residence.

The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1,60 per night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3,00 from May 15th to September 14th.Visitor's tax:

Cancellation:
If the tenant cancels the contract after making the down-payment the vacation rental service will withhold an amount of 29,- € as a service fee. The remain of the down-payment will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 60 days before the begin of your stay the full amount will still be due. We advise to a cancellation insurance, which you can contract up to 10 days following the booking. If we are able to rent the place for either the whole time period or at least part of it, the due amount will be diminished consequently. The tenant is allowed to name another person as a replacement.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.

Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.

    “Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick, gerne wieder Positiv: gute Austattung, sauber und absoluter Traumausblick auf Meer und Lübecker Bucht. Negativ: leichtes Dauersurren der Heizungsanlage, Balkon nur vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich da Tür vom Wohnzimmer nicht zu öffnen war. Restaurant: Restaurant Marina - schönes Restaurant an der Promenade mit sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Bedienung. Essen ist sehr gut, reichlich und zu vertretbaren Preisen. Ausflüge: Fußweg nach Niendorf entlang der Uferkante - Sehr schöner Wanderweg mit tollen Aussichten auf die Uferlandschaft und die Ostsee. Mit ca. 7km auch eine gute Länge. Auf etwa halber Strecke liegt das Ausflugslokal Hermannshöhe. Dort kann man gemütlich einen Kaffe mit sehr guten Kuchen und einem tollen Blick auf die Ostsee geniesen.”

    “Sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder. Positiv: Sehr gut eingerichtet, alles dawas man braucht. Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Toller Ausblick, direkt am Strand Negativ: Nichts”
