Apartment complex in the Kaiserallee opposite of the lawn of sunbathing. Lift is available.

One room apartment, approx. 42m², for two persons, situated on the first floor (lift available) - there are about 8 steps down to the main entrance and in the apartment complex to the lift, going to the apartment on the first floor again 8 steps. Sea view. Komb. Living/sleeping area with new box spring bed April 2023 (1.80m x 2.00 m, two single mattresses, bed height 0.70 cm, adjustable headboard,  three piece set (three seater, armchair and television-chair), coffee table, reading lights, two side tables, dining table with chairs, antique oak cupboard, cable TV (big flatscreen), stereo system, DVD-player, telephone, variety of books, linen closet, iron and iron board, complete built-in kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop stove, cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, waffles maker, kitchen balance, hand mixer, immersion blender, electronic cutter, refrigerator with freezer and microwave/baking oven, bathroom with bathtub/shower, illuminated vanity mirror, scale, hair-dryer, stool, WC, corridor with built-in cupboard and safe, mirror, wardrobe, wardrobe bench, balcony with sea view and balcony furniture (chairs with adjustable backrest and cushions), awning and sunshade available. Baggage cart available. Apartment is laid out with vinyl.

It is not allowed to take the bicycles into the apartment. Telephone available, but only for calls in Germany. The key for the underground parking garage is signed with number 33.
Attention: Please be so kind and unlock the upper key lock at the door to the apartment first and then the lower one. Thank you!

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

    “Positiv: Eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Wasser..für mich war es eine perfekte Urlaubswoche.Auch die Lage war genau richtig mit der Nähe zum Brodten.Ich komme gerne wieder Freizeit: Mit dem Rad an der Steilküste lang bis Neustadt...auf jeden Fall die Stadt Lübeck besuchen..mit der Fähre rüber zum Priwall..Fisch essen am Hafen von Ñiendorf..die Strände besuchen von Scharbeutz etc...allein Travemünde bietet genug zum shoppen etc..”

    “Keine Info über die Handwerker.Urlaub war keine Erholung sondern eine Enttäuschung. Negativ: Balkon nicht benutzbar,da Handwerker in Arbeit waren.Bohrhammer schallte durchs ganze Haus.Privatsphäre wurde gestört. Restaurant: Gosch - Speisen und Ambiente Empfehlenswert. Ausflüge: Niendorf und Timmendorfer Strand. - Tolle Fahrradstrecke an der Ostsee.”
