We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Very maintained one storied housing estate close to the beach. The building is not next to the street but located behind. You can reach the separate buildings (a-c) via 7 steps. There are no lifts in these apartment buildings.
From the underground parking garage are about 10 steps to the main entrance and then again about 15 steps to the apartment. No bicycles storage room. Bicycles can be kept at the underground parking place as far as they don't crimp persons or cars.

2,5-room apartment, non-smoking, approx. 56sqm (inclusive balcony), on the 1st floor (no lift), for three persons (three adults or two adults and two small kids), living room with sofas (three seater and a two seater), coffee table, cable TV, DVD-player, Hifi (radio, CD-player with USB access) dining table with chairs, built-in kitchen integrated in the living room with ceramic glass cooktop, microwave/grill, cooker hood, sink unit, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, dishes, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, bedroom with double bed, cupboard, second bedroom with sofa bed (about 1.40 x 1.90 m), corridor with built-in cupboard, wardrobe, cupboard, shower bath/WC, balcony with balcony furniture, the apartment is carpeted, tiles in the dining and kitchen area.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation warranty :
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

    “Tolle Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Einfach ankommen und entspannen. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Es war auch alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Der Strand ist gepflegt und in 2 Minuten steht man im Sand. Negativ: Die Fenster ließen sich schlecht bedienen, da sollte nochmal justiert werden. Vorredner sprachen von fehlenden Gardinen oder kein WLAN, bei uns war beides vorhanden. Im Begrüßungshefter steht es. Restaurant: Alte Vogtei - Groß, nette Bedienung und sehr lecker. Ausflüge: Steilküste - Sehr schön”

    “Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in phantastischer Lage. Optimal für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer. Positiv: Die Lage in Strandnähe ist einfach großartig. Auch zu Lokalen, Parks etc. ist es gar nicht weit.
    In der Wohnung: alles da, was man braucht; sehr angenehm. Negativ: Leider keine Jalousien o.ä., so dass man selbst improvisieren muss, wenn man durch die nach Osten weisenden Fenster nicht von der Morgensonne geweckt werden will.”

    “Entsprach leider nicht unseren Ansprüchen und war dafür auch zu teuer. In der Preislage kann man bessere Unterkünfte finden. Positiv: Die Lage. Die Ostsee mit Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Negativ: Die Ferienwohnung war nicht gut gereinigt. Spinnen und Spinnweben an der Gardine im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Leider war das Besteck und das Geschirr abgezählt( 3 Teelöffel, vier Frühstücksteller, drei Eierbecher). Im Bad war der Toilettendeckel lose und die Duschhalterung war auch gebrochen und nur eine Lampe des Spiegelschranks war funktionsfähig. Der Balkon machte den Eindruck, auch schon länger nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. (Grünbelag), leere Balkonkästen. Restaurant: Bella vista - Italienisches Restaurant Ausflüge: Priwall - Überfahrt mit der Fähre und am Naturstrand spazieren gehen, oder schwimmen.”
