Thanks to the nearby DART station the house is very convenently located to reach the city centre and also minutes walk from the sandy beach of Sandymount Strand and local village which has excellent restaurants, pubs, cafésand shops should you not want to go all the way into town.

    “Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut. Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso die DART und der Bus. Der Stadtrand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt im Haus alles, was man braucht, wobei das Badezimmer und der Teppichboden schon älter sind und ausgetauscht werden müssten. Da das Haus in einer ruhigen und zentralen Lage liegt, würden wir dennoch wiederkommen.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist zwar schlicht, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Möbel sind etwas älter und könnten gegebenenfalls mal ausgewechselt werden.
    Die Lage ist super: Ruhig gelegen, aber nicht fernab. Die Dartstation ist 500 m entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von da sind es 4 Stationen in die Innenstadt.
    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Ferienwohnung ist okay. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich.”

    “Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Auf Wunsch erhielten wir sogar eine zweite Bettdecke. Einzig das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine oder eines Kaffeefilters stellte uns vor Probleme, aber das Kaffee trinken ist halt nicht länderspezifisch, somit auch kein echter Minuspunkt. Das Haus hatte sogar W-Lan, was wir zu schätzen wussten.”
