Holiday House in Costa del Sol with Private Pool and Mountain View

Beautiful villa with private heated swimming pool, (heating available for an extra cost). 4 bedrooms with beds for up to 10 persons. 2 bathrooms, living room, separate fully fitted kitchen. Outside the villa enjoys a lovely swimming pool which can be heated during the spring, and autumn for an extra cost. Please enquire for the details. The pool is surrounded by lovely terraces and colourful gardens. The property has wifi, lots of parking and a BBQ. The villa is just a few minutes walk from 2 excellent bars/restaurants and is a 30 minute walk (an absolutely stunning walk) or a 5 minute drive from the village of Comares which has bars restaurants, shops and banks.All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.The village of Comares, voted one of the most beautiful White villages in the Axarquia, is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.Please note. The swimming pool is open all year. A car is recommended at this villa to make the most of the beautiful area!

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Air conditioning costs: a package per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.
The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb..
