An authentic and bright cottage gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. This house offers you some incredibly lively feel-good corners where you can turn to board games or a captivating novel. This property has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as heated indoor pool and large living space in which you can move freely. Even outside there is no lack of possible relaxation, as you have a balcony or the fenced open terrace at your disposal where you can have breakfast and enjoy your morning coffee. On the open terrace you will find yourself by a wonderful outdoor pool where you can cool off on hot days or grab one of the sun loungers and soak in the sun. On the green area even the little guests will find their fun with swing, slide, trampoline and playhouse while the adults meet on the covered terrace for an aperitif and make themselves comfortable in the jacuzzi. On warm summer evenings you can fire up the grill and sizzle fresh food to enjoy with your company.

On foot you can reach the village in 10 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity of the beaches 15 km away, such as Narbonne or St. Pierre-La-Mer. There, the shaded terraces of bistros and restaurants await you, as well as stores and even a fair. For lovers of hiking and nature, there is a wide choice of routes in the unspoiled hinterland. Go to the Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux, 8 km away, where many hiking trails await you in the heart of the Massif de la Clape. For lovers of good wine, the Minervois and its listed vineyards are a highlight! Meet at Château l'Hospitalet, 17 km away, for a tasting with breathtaking views of the sea and the vineyards.
