This beautiful villa is ideally located, so close to the town of Pollença that a car to reach the town is not necessary (nevertheless, it is advisable in order to explore the rest of the island).
The interior of the house, very cosy, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, with comfortable sofas and a television. There is a double bedroom with a 1.5m bed just off the living room, and a bathroom with shower on the other side of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. And there is a separated dining area with a big table and chairs, nicely decorated and pleasant.
On the first floor, there are the two remaining bedrooms, one of them double with a king size bed, and the other one double with two single beds. There is also another fully equipped bathroom with a bath and a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the air conditioner is set to be in use for a 12 hour period, for a better energy efficiency.
Outside steps lead down to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for swimming and relaxing in the sun. Directly in front of the pool is a covered barbecue area with sink, a small fridge for drinks, dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer meals with family and friends.
As the house is siuated on the slope of a small hill, there is no garden, but beautiful shrubs and plants around the pool area, all very well kept.
The house has internet access (WiFi).
