Welcome to the 2022 fully renovated and newly furnished / technically re-equipped dreamlike vacation apartment with a far-reaching view from the 10th floor over the Höftsee, over the adjacent Edebergsee, and over the forest landscapes of the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District.
You can enjoy the rapturous lake view from the living room, the dining area, the loggia, and even in the bedroom from the box spring bed.
Watch the rising sun while having your morning coffee, and then start your day with, for example, a few swims in the Plönbad, which is located right next to the apartment building. Or use the discounted Guten Abend ticket to relax from 19.30 h in the bathing landscapes in the light arrangement, or in the steam sauna of the Plönbad.
The nearby shores of the Höftsee, and the bathing shore "Fegetasche" of the Großer Plöner See are located directly in about 200 m distance from the building and are very easy to reach on foot.
The apartment is characterized by an attractive and quiet location, where it is easy to relax.
Next to the main entrance there is a bicycle cellar, as well as next to the parking lot located below, departing from the street "Ölmühlenallee", there is a canoe/kayak wall rack.
On the street "Ölmühlenallee" there is also the river Schwentine, which connects the lakes with a canoe transfer point. The water sports club Fegetasche e.V. is also located there.
Sufficient car parking spaces are available and can also be used above the main entrance located in the "Danziger Straße" (there designated for "House 2").
The building and the apartment have a transponder key.
Barrier reduction:
If necessary, you can get from the parking lot to the apartment via ramps or via two elevators.
A bus stop is located one street corner away.
A washing machine (2022) and dryer (2022) are integrated in the new rear-ventilated wardrobe. The dryer has a direct fixed condensate connection.
The two smart TVs (2021) provide stunning HDR picture quality at 55" with high-quality Neo-QLED panels that you stream via Magenta TV / Internet TV. You have unlocked access to over 100 channels with Magenta TV and RTL+.
You can use other apps such as Sky-Ticket, Zattoo, Waipu, etc. via your own login data.
The new box spring bed 180 x 200 cm (2022) in the bedroom has LED reading lights integrated into the bed and USB charging options for mobile devices or similar.
In the living room, the spacious corner couch with box spring core and topper (2022) can be extended as an additional sleeping option to a lying surface of approx. 145 x 225 cm, so that up to two additional (then a total of 4) guests can spend the night there.
In the loggia (covered corner balcony) is a small rattan table with extendable rattan armchairs. The floor is newly covered with floorboards (2022).
In the new fitted kitchen (2022) with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and induction stove with integrated microwave you can provide yourself well. The dining area in front of the kitchen can also serve as a laptop workstation. Up to four guests can be seated there at height-adjustable stools.
