We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Well-maintained residential complex in southern location at the Godewindpark in a quiet cul-de-sac. To the beach it is also only about 120 m. The apartment is located on the 1st floor,(raised floor plus 3 steps ) without elevator.

In 2022 renovated and refurnished apartment. The apartment is modern, bright, friendly and very tastefully furnished. It is well equipped for 2 people. Living room with open kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Very comfortable couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 person (not 3 people!). TV and radio via Giga-TV and soundbar. Descriptions of all equipment can be found in an info folder in the apartment. Dining table with chairs. Bedroom with boxspring bed (2m x 0.90 m x 1 m) with TV and radio via Giga-TV and soundbar, bedroom closet. Bathroom with shower/WC. Sunny southwest balcony (sun from about 11 am to sunset) with view into the beautifully maintained Godewindpark with its ponds. Coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer available in the laundry room.

Underground parking space Nr 7b, please note that there is no direct access from the parking to the house. Bikes can only be parked next to the own car on the parking slot, there is no other possibility.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert , hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung und eine optimale Lage. Nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und gegenüber der Park. Alles sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber! Negativ: Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war top.”
