Finca La Encina is a new build property, constructed in the style of the classic Majorcan rural homes and which has all the features necessary to offer guests a spectacular holiday in Majorca in the most authentic and rural setting. The house has all the necessary comforts, such as WiFi connection, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV in all the bedrooms and underfloor heating.
The house has 5 double bedrooms in two separate buildings. In the main house there are 4 double bedrooms over 2 floors. In addition there is a small bungalow type house close to the pool where the fifth double bedroom is situated, with its own bathroom and furnished terrace. It also has air conditioning.
Inside the main house is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen furnished in the old style although with modern features. There is a large living-dining room with fireplace and a large central table, television and access to a number of terraces. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and wine storage space. From the spacious hallway we access the upper floor where the other three double bedrooms are situated, one of these with its own en suite bathroom and living area with TV and a spectacular covered terrace with lovely views of the countryside. There is also a further bathroom on this floor.
The external areas are spectacular, peaceful and very well cared for. There are a number of covered terraces next to the house with furniture, lovely paved areas, garden and fruit trees. There is an enormous pool measuring 18m x 8m, barbecue, hammocks and a ‘chill-out’ style bar area furnished with sofas and a large table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. There is an additional covered area where you can park several vehicles.

The spectacular house in typical country style is located in the heart of the island of Majorca and is surrounded by fields and vegetation, where the calm and peace will make you live an unforgettable holiday. The house is about 5 km from the beautiful and well-known town of Porreres, there you will find some good restaurants on the idyllic church square and a weekly market every Tuesday. In addition you will find all the services that you may need during your vacation, such as supermarkets or shops. Other nearby places that are also worth visiting are Felanitx or Vilafranca.
The closest beaches are the beaches in the south of the island, such as Es Trenc or Es Caragol, which are about 20 kilometers away. The beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala S'Amarador or Cala Mondragó, are also easily accessible from the house. Above all, however, Finca La Encina is a suitable holiday home for cyclists, as it is close to some of the most well-known cycle paths. The nearest golf course is Son Antem in Llucmajor, about 26 kilometers away.
