    “Sehr großes, geräumiges Haus mit genügend Platz für
    7 Personen und herrlicher Lage auf Anhöhe über dem Meer.
    Nicht besonders sauber, besonders in Ecken und unter Möbeln.
    Betten waren bei Ankunft frisch bezogen.
    Garten ebenfalls mit viel Platz, allerdings nicht
    sehr gepflegt. Gartenmöbel ziemlich windig!
    Nachts sehr störendes stundenlanges Hundegebell aus allen Himmelsrichtungen.
    Auffahrt ist wirklich sehr steil ( geschätzte max. Steigung 25%!), r
    alles geteert, also mit normalem PKW kein Problem.”

    “Unsere Urlaubswoche fand an Weihnachten statt, deshalb können wir keine "sommerliche Beurteilung" abgeben. Das Haus hat uns mehr als positiv in der Ausstattung überrascht; viel großzügiger als beschrieben. die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgetattet und das Geschirr sehr sauber; die zahlreichen Geräte muss man vor Gebrauch durch-checken. - Unsere Woche war sonnig und so konnten wir die Außenanlagen selbst bei 10 bis 14 Grad nutzen. Alle Zufahrten sind wirklich sehr steil, aber jeder fährt rücksichtsvoll. - Die Vermieter haben das Haus lange selbst genutzt und waren nur bei der Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung vor Ort; ein netter Verwalter kommt sich im Bedarfsfall. - Insgesamt ist die Siedlung am Berg sehr ruhig und der Ausblick aufs Meer (von fast allen Zimmern aus) ist mehr als traumhaft. Gelegentlicher Baulärm; obligatorisches Hundegebell. Man müsste im Sommer nochmal kommen......”
