    “Die Lage ist OK. Der Preis für die Mängel zu hoch! Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (Ameisen und Kellerasseln in 2 Zimmern und Schimmel im Bad an der Decke). Betten zu kurz bei 182 cm Körpergröße oben und unten bündig. Klappbett am auseinanderfallen und viel zu klein, die Füße unseres Sohnes 190 cm ragten ca. 25 cm über das Bett hinaus. Das Zimmer mit Esstisch sehr kalt zum Sitzen, ohne warmer Jacke unmöglich. Ein Teil der Lampen keine Funktion. Ersatz für die defekte Badspiegelbeleuchtung ist eine alte Nachttischlampe ohne Lampenschirmalso nur die nackte Birne. Wenn man die einzige Steckdose im Bad benutzen wollte gab es nur die Möglichkeit Föhnen oder Rasieren im dunkeln!
    Ein zweites Bad und WC befindet sich außerhalb der Wohnung jedoch ohne Heizung.
    Der uralte kleine Fernseher fast keine Fuktion. Küche für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Kleine Niesche ca. 120 cm breit im Eingangsbereich, beim Kochen muss man aufpassen wenn die Wohnungstüre von außen geöffnet wird, dass man sie nicht abbekommt.
