This small two-family house is situated 7 km from Pachino and is ideal if you wish to spend a beach holiday. The beach, in fact, can be reached directly from the garden. The sound of the waves will also accompany your dinner on the small covered terrace of this house. Here you can also simply enjoy a glass of wine after your excursions in the surrounding area. In addition to Pachino, known for the production of cherry tomatoes, you can visit the beautiful old town of Modica (18 km). Not to be missed here is the famous chocolate of Modica, a specialty. Ispica, with its basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Palazzo Bruno of Belmonte in Art Nouveau style, which today houses the offices of the town, is just 7 km from the property. About 20 km away is the beautiful town of Scicli (UNESCO site), which will charm you with the baroque art of the buildings and its many churches. Testimonies of Baroque art also characterize the wonderful city of Ragusa (45 km), which you can not miss to visit.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist recht geräumig und recht komfortabel und sauber. Die Küche ist - bis auf Geschirr und Gläser - gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt - wie meistens im Süden - eine Heizung, was bei den Temperaturen, die wir hatten, nicht sehr angenehm war und im Laufe der Zeit dazu führte, dass Wäsche etc. etwas klamm wurden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, das nur wenige Meter entfernt liegt. Durch einen Garten kann man den Strand in einer Minute erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern (im Sommer) ideal! Leider gab/gibt es in Fußnähe weder Geschäfte noch eine Bar o.ä., sodass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Die Vermieterinnen (zwei ältere Damen) sind ausgesprochen freundlich, sprechen aber ausschließlich italienisch, was bei Fragen, Verabredungen und Problemen problematisch werden kann.
    So lag der Hausschlüssel nicht - wie schriftlich mitgeteilt - in der Agentur in Pachino, sondern musste im Ferienobjekt entgegengenommen werden, was sich erst durch ein Telefonat auf Italienisch (!) klären ließ.”
