This bright apartment on the upper floor of the house consists of a bedroom with a futon bed (160x200 cm); as well as a sliding cabinet, site board and a TV. The bathroom with walk-in rain shower invites you to relax. The sun-drenched living / dining area with comfortable, pull-out sofa bed, creates a secret atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living area has a stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. As well as coffee machine, toaster and extractor fan. The small balcony adjacent to the living area invites you to linger comfortably in the evening. Enjoy the good sun on a secluded sunset.
Ipsheim is located between Bad Windsheim and Neustadt Aisch. Both cities can be reached quickly and easily by regional train, which is 100 meters from the holiday home. Nearby there is the possibility to visit the Therme Bad Windsheim, Freilandmuseum, Spaßbad Atlantis in Herzogenaurach, Rothenburg, Nuremberg, Fürth and Würzburg. The A3 and A7 motorways are only about 30 km away. For physical well-being, more than ten wineries are available in the village at the weekend, various restaurants nearby during the week. A highlight are the vineyards, below Hoheneck Castle, which invite you to hike. The catering house in the middle of the vineyards is hosted almost every weekend by another winemaker from the region from May to October. Bed linen, towels provided. Non-smoking, no pets.

To reserve the apartment a deposit of 50 € is required.
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days in advance.
