The chalet is located in Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße in the province of Salzburg, 13km south of Zell am See. The wonderful valley location with its mountain views on all sides provides an idyllic setting to relax away from the stresses of everyday life, whilst being close enough to all the attractions and amenities when required. The holiday region Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most unique in the Austrian Alps. On the way to the amazing Grossglockner high-alpine-road you will find the village of Fusch, and the gateway to the mountains of the ‘Höhe Tauern National Park’.

The chalet has 240m2 of living space.

Holiday House in Fusch

5 bedrooms on 200m², for up to 12 guests You're renting 180m2 of living space, split into 5 bedrooms with a kitchen & dining area. This rental option sleeps a maximum of 12 guests.

Each newly refurbished bedroom has its own private balcony and all are supplied with a TV with cable connection, a Radio/CD player and a hairdryer. Also, all rooms have their own shower & sink or private bathroom. Two bedrooms share a toilet on the corridor. The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with a oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. And there is a wood burning stove in the dining area for cosy evenings.

There is a large south facing garden with terrace area. There is also a games room & bar with pool table, and cosy infra-red Sauna cabin to relax in, and in the summer as a guest you can have free use of the local pool just 500 metres away (open June through until August).

Whatever the time of year the Zell am See-Kaprun region always has plenty to suit your tastes. There is almost every winter sport imaginable. And in the summer we’ve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking/ hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting. There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a large group of family or friends. Winter or Summer, there are hundreds of attractions, sights and activities to be found and done in the area. In short, whatever you’re looking for in your holiday, this chalet is the place to stay whatever the season. We’re sure you’ll love it here, because we do! The chalet features: Free baby/ toddler facilities. Free use of the village swimming pool located just 500 metres away (June - August). Small infra-red sauna cabin. Games room with pool table. Free wi-fi Internet. Board games available for use free. Extensive book library. Ample Free parking (some undercover parking for motorcycles). Bed linen and towels provided (on request). PLEASE NOTE: Changeover day and minimum stay varies throughout the year. Please enquire for further details. Only 1 pet is allowed and it must remain in the ground floor areas. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and terraces.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön, kleinere Mängel in der Ausstattung, zum Kochen nicht die passenden Deckel für Pfannen, Schälmesser klein fehlt, ansonsten aber alles da. Der Billardtisch hat leider schon einige Macken und steht schief. Die Zimmer sind sauber und top.”
