Located in a quiet place Sutivan on the island of Brač, Villa Aster 3 delights with an exclusive position overlooking the sea, only ten metres from the beach. The isolated location guarantees you peace and privacy, where you will enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

Accommodation capacity of Villa Aster 3 is for six people and two children up to 12 years. There are three fully furnished and air-conditioned rooms with a double bed, located on the upper floor. Two bathrooms have a shower and one a bathtub. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities such as towels, soap or a hairdryer. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

Villa Aster 3 forms part of the larger complex of three villas. It is rented as a detached villa, but together with its neighbouring sister villa Aster 1 and Aster 2, it forms a modern complex that provides accommodation for a total of 18 guests + 6 children.

Located next to each other, the villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who wish to enjoy a heavenly holiday, in a prime location, surrounded by luxury. All three villas are very similar in its layout, equipped with equal number of rooms, bathrooms and beautiful terrace with a pool. Villa Aster 3 is last in the row, behind other two villas, farthest from the sea. Located one behind the other, the villas also offer enough privacy if different groups are staying there at the same time.

Within the complex the Villa Aster 3 is the third one from the seaside. The ground floor has a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In the modern kitchen, in addition to stove, refrigerator and cutlery, you will also find a coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, microwave or dishwasher.

The sunny living room opens onto a fully fenced yard with a large and heated pool of 22.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, deck chairs and an outdoor dining table. There is also an outdoor barbecue and a large outdoor table for complete enjoyment of quiet afternoons in the pleasant company of loved ones.

Within the complex of three villas there is also a shared wellness area where you can indulge in a Turkish bath, jacuzzi or sauna.

Private parking includes a garage for two parking spaces, and outside the yard there are two more parking spaces.

If you want a more active holiday, in the immediate vicinity of the villa you will find a lot of interesting content from water sports such as swimming, diving, to cycling or wine tours and olive oil tours. Wine tours are especially interesting considering that the island of Brač is known for the production of top-quality wines that you must try during your stay on this beautiful island.

The island of Brač is full of small, picturesque places that will delight you with untouched nature and simplicity. Do not miss to visit natural attractions such as the beach Zlatni rat, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Adriatic, located on the south side of the island. In vicinity you will find Vidova gora, a lookout point with a beautiful panorama of the nearby islands. A little further is the Blaca desert, a unique locality, a historical Glagolitic residence where there is a monastery built into the rock.

Only an hour's pleasant boat ride away is the city of Split where you will find many cultural attractions that will delight all those who want to see historical sights. Split is the administrative and cultural centre of Dalmatia, and the monumental appearance of this city is due to historical buildings from Roman times. Apart from Diocletian's Palace from the 4th century, which is also included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, Split is full of ancient monuments such as the peristyle, the vestibule, or the Temple of Jupiter.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
