    “Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist für 4 Personen großzügig eingerichtet. Die Elektrogeräte sind auf dem aktuellen Stand. Entgegen den Bildern auf der Homepage steht nun im 2. Schlafzimmer ein großes Doppelbett (vorher französisches Bett) und die überdachte Terrasse ist mittlerweile an der Seite mit Büschen und Sträuchern zugewachsen. Der "Pool" ist groß genug für eine Abkühlung (4 Personen können darin bequem sitzen). Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Haus liegt ca. 300 m entfernt von der Verbindungsstraße zwischen Arzachena und Palau. Wer also Wert auf eine ruhige Lage legt ist hier genau richtig.

    Der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Von der Verbindungsstraße hört man gelegentlich den Straßenlärm. Dieser wurde von uns aber nie als störend empfunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Schlüsselübergabe die flugbedingt erst kurz vor 20:00 Uhr erfolgte. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden von uns dazugebucht. Handtücher waren direkt für 14 Tage ausreichend vorhanden. Die frische Bettwäsche wurde vom Vermieter nach der ersten Woche vorbeigebracht. Durch die vorhandene Waschmaschine kann man sich getrost das Reisegepäck für 14 Tage sparen da man jederzeit zwischendurch waschen kann.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Vermieter sind super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage des Hauses abseits allen Trubels. Vorsicht muss man nur beim Ab- bzw. Auffahren auf die SS125 walten lassen!”
