Thereby the villa is perfect for rent throughout the whole year. The outside area offers a relaxing spot where you can enjoy the hot Istrian sun and dine outside. The villa has a tavern with a fireplace and dining table for 8 guests. The tavern is ideal for evening gatherings on colder days.

Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in its pretty cobbled streets. Every July the ATP Croatia Open is held here, featuring many of the biggest names in men's tennis. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family. The magical countryside of central Istria, famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns and gastronomic delights, is easily accessible along excellent roads. Although Novigrad is a popular tourist destination, it still retains its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing village.
