In the immediate vicinity of Pärnävaara sports center and close to services of Joensuu city center.

15 km to the northwest from Joensuu, lake Jyrinjärvi 20 m (0.3 km²), steep slope to the beach (stepped stone path with railing ), sand bottom, pontoon pier, 4-5 m shallow and then deepens quickly, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m.

Log cabin 1992, extended in 2000. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, on the upper floor bedroom (small and low door, height 125 cm) with 120 cm wide bed and sleeping alcove with 80 cm wide bed, low loft (room height 143 cm) with 2 mattresses. Separate stairs to the loft and upper floor. Wood-heated sauna washroom, terrace, balcony.

The electric car charging point is included in the price: Finlux Pro EVC-04 22 KWp charging station, charging power 11-13 kWh. The cabin has a solar power plant in addition to the electricity network.
4G wireless modem available for loan from the owner. Child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. There are different stairs to the loft than on the upper floor. The stairs to the loft are very steep and there is a child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs.

Slide, sandbox and swing for children. Composters. Driving with a 4-stroke outboard motor is prohibited in lake Jyrinjärvi.
Yard area: pine terrain (no lawn) in accordance with the natural type. This option is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the steep terrain.

Pet fee 20 e/pet.

2.5 km distance to Pärnävaara sports center, with tens of kilometers of ski trails, hiking and cycling trails for both winter and summer cycling, as well as downhill cycling trails. 32 km to Kontiolahti biathlon stadium. Biathlon stadium has lighted and frozen ski trails. 38 km to Mustavaara ski center and 80 km to Koli ski slopes.

20 km to disc golf course in Liperi. Within 15 km in Joensuu, there are also activities like par3 golf course and bowling and badel halls.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also weekend reservations).
