The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet location. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. For use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility and court. There are 3 outdoor showers, a small children's playground, sun loungers by the pool. Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a closed plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. The location is strategically located for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the southwest coast The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.

air conditioner. Activation of the air conditioning is possible upon request and is available for an additional weekly fee Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. The apartments have an LED television with a satellite decoder, which receives numerous foreign channels
