Only approx. 500 m from the beach on the Szczecin Lagoon, the holiday home for 4 people, completely renovated in 2023 and comfortably furnished, is located within a small holiday settlement on an approx. 300 sqm fenced recreational property. The approx. 58 square metre house, equipped with insect screens on the windows and underfloor heating (in the living room and bedroom), has a living room (upholstered suite, pellet stove incl. one free filling, flat-screen Smart TV - streaming possible via your own account) with an open-plan kitchen area (dining table, induction hob, microwave with grill, fridge incl. freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle), a bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV) and a bathroom (shower, WC, towel radiator, hairdryer). A sleeping loft (double bed, flat-screen TV) can be reached via a room-saving staircase.furthermore, there is a car park (from September with its own wallbox for electric cars for a fee), bicycle storage facilities, two furnished terraces (one of which is covered), sun loungers, a barrel sauna for 4 people, a beach chair, a fixed barbecue, a travel cot, a high chair and free W-LAN.the total price includes final cleaning, water consumption and a package of bed linen/person. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Electricity according to consumption, pellets (9 EUR/opened bag). A small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.

Grambin is a small holiday resort in wooded surroundings directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, approx. 2 km from the easternmost harbour town of Seebad Ueckermünde (very good tourist infrastructure). There is a large bathing beach with a children's playground on the lagoon. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the surroundings of Ueckermünde Heath without a car. Good fishing opportunities on the river Zarow. There is a bakery in the village. Goods for daily needs are also available there.
