And on the upper floor there is an open, air-conditioned mezzanine for 1 or 2 large children as well as an air-conditioned master bedroom and a bathroom in the hallway between these two bedrooms. You will spend your vacation in a hamlet, part of a 7-hectare estate, with 4 rental properties, each for the use of a single family and far enough apart to preserve everyone's privacy. In the middle of the property, 300m away, there is a 5 x 12m swimming pool, heated to 30°C 7 months of the year, and the accompanying pool house with free access to be shared with just a dozen guests and the owner's family, who are on site all year round and can give you tips on the region. The owners' sociable and discreet dogs and cats live on the property.
Note: A few steps lead up to the house, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. And a small, shallow rain pond with pretty water lilies in the garden can be a disadvantage for children who can walk but not swim.
