The flat, newly furnished in February 2024, is located directly on the banks of the Lower Moselle, separated only by a road. A marvellous view of the Moselle and Thurant Castle is guaranteed from the living room and bedroom. The integrated loggia in the inner courtyard invites you to relax. The bright and spacious 60m² holiday flat consists of 2.5 rooms plus kitchen (with dishwasher), daylight bathroom and loggia. There is a locked drying room in the inner courtyard, which can also be used for storing bicycles and charging e-bikes. Numerous parking spaces are available on the Uferstraße. Löf has a railway station which is approx. 900m away. The cities of Koblenz and Cochem are only 26km away. There are numerous castles and dream trails in the surrounding area. Great day trips to the large suspension rope bridge (30km) or the legendary Nürburgring (63km) are possible by car. The nearest supermarket is 1500m away.
The holiday flat is equipped with a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine etc.. The inviting living room with a view of the Moselle is furnished with a large living area & TV and ensures cosy hours. In addition, the room has a sofa bed for the 3rd & 4th person. In the separate bedroom you can rest in a 180x200 double bed. The couch in the open-plan living room can be converted into a 140x200 sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, towels are provided.
