The flat Oliva * * * (90 m2) is located on the first floor of the house, in a quiet part of town with free: parking in the garage, 2 air conditioners, Wi-Fi Internet, heating, barbecue and minibar. The flat consists of: Entrance hall, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony. The air conditioning is located in the living room and in one bedroom. The flat is surrounded by olive groves.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob with oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, hair straightener and towels are provided. There is garden furniture on the balcony and in the garden. Free refreshing drinks and wines from the owner (Istrian Malvasia and Yellow Muscat) are available to welcome guests. There are no additional costs.
The Kaufland and Plodine supermarkets and the Kažun restaurant are 400 metres from the flat, Lidl 700 metres and Interspar 2000 metres.
We recommend Pizzeria Jupiter (Italian restaurant) and Pizzeria Tivoli (pizzeria and spagheteria), which are 1900 metres away. We recommend a visit to the amphitheatre and the gladiatorial games, the Triumphal Arch of Sergieri, the double gates and the city walls, the Hercules Gate, the small Roman theatre, the Kastel Fortress, the Zerostrasse (a complex system of underground tunnels and galleries), the Temple of Augustus, the Town Hall and the Aquarium, the Brijuni National Park, the Kamenjak Nature Park...
