Appartamento Spiaggiati is centrally located to all the services of the Torre San Giovanni marina, and to the free or equipped beach. The stretch of coast is characterized by the white Caribbean beaches and the crystal clear sea, visible even from afar and from the apartment itself. The port, the squares, and the seafront are practically under the house. All services are on site. The neighborhood is well served with groceries, markets, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, shops for various items, shops for maritime equipment, children's items, tobacconists, ATMs and even designer shops. Furthermore, staying on site, numerous excursions can be organised. To move by car, the privileged position of the property allows quick travel, thanks to the different travel options, towards various destinations, such as Capo di Leuca, Pescoluse, or towards the north and therefore Gallipoli. From the living area, you reach the hallway for the three bedrooms and the complete bathroom with tub. The bedrooms consist of a quadruple room with a further external balcony and sea view, a double room with door to the terrace of the living area, a triple room, quadruple if necessary, and with a cot, which has an en-suite bathroom.Appartamento Spiaggiati is located on the first floor and is not only very bright, it enjoys an excellent sea and beach view and is facing the beach and services. The villa has two buildings: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Spiaggiati Apartment shares only the entrance on the ground floor. Appartamento Spiaggiati does not have summer air conditioning, but only winter air conditioning. Each room has a portable fan. The apartment is however ventilated. each room has a mosquito net. The kitchenette is stocked and equipped with cutlery and cookware. The rate includes bed linen and towels.
