The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761). Enjoy the peaceful position and panoramic views of the countryside. Each apartment has its own reserved and equipped outdoor area (barbecue) and can make use of the shared swimming pool located on the side of the house and with a large, equipped sun terrace which is surrounded by a lawn (fenced in). IUP758 has a large private porch equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining. LOCATION: 1.6 km grocery shops, 7 km Marsciano (all kinds of shops), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi.
