Holiday apartment with shared pool near Garda, with a splendid view of the lake that can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Garda has a beautiful view of the lake with a marina, bathing and sports facilities, it is an ideal place for bike, swimming, diving, sailing and trekking enthusiasts. The property, consisting of four apartments, can be booked together if you travel with your family or friends. The apartments have been obtained from the renovation of a country house on the “Rocca” overlooking the small town of Garda ("Warda", an ancient military fortress erected on the Rocca during the barbarian invasions). The property is immersed in the greenery of Parco della Rocca, a protected natural oasis (barbecue is not allowed) which includes, in addition to the ruins of a medieval stronghold, the Hermitage of the Camaldolese which can be reached through a nice walk. The apartment has a panoramic terrace equipped with chairs, table and parasol. At guests' disposal are a swimming pool with reserved sun loungers, chairs and parasol. Baby bed on request. From the village depart boats leading to the western shore of the lake. At 0.5 km is Garda (all kinds of shops, beaches, bike path, sailing school), 3 km golf and riding stables, 15 km amusement parks, 10 km spa, Peschiera 18 km. For lovers of art and shows at only 35 km is Verona with its famous Arena, Venice is at 140 km, Milan at 170 km is easily reachable by train from the stations of Peschiera and Verona. Air conditioning, 1 piece free (from 01/06 to 31/08), and 2 ventilators. Arrival on Saturday only between 5 pm – 7 pm. The property is not suitable for disabled people.
