The apartments are located in a small Agritourism outside of Gavardo, on Lago di Garda's west coast.
The Agritourism has diverse apartments, located in different buildings. The main house, sporting the typical local style, boasts a restaurant open Saturday and Sunday evenings where you can enjoy the portico on the ground and the loggia on the top floor. The apartments do have heating, making them ideal for stays outside of the summer as well. Due to the proximity to the ocean, air conditioning is not necessary.
The 25,000 m² property houses heirloom apple trees and other fruit, cultivated without the use of pesticides. The property has a large, unique park, which is especially suitable for children. The kids will enjoy the donkeys, geese and chickens. A large sun terrace with sun loungers enables our guests to enjoy some privacy and peace and quiet. There are wooden tables where you can enjoy your meals. One highlight of the property is the community pool. A large parking space is available on the property.
A washing machine is available upon request. The products and produce grown and produced are available for purchase.
Shops and amenities can be found about one to five kilometres from the property. The Agritourism is an ideal base for hiking and/or bicycle trips. There are numerous bicycle trails in the area.
Holiday Apartment in Gavardo with Common Pool
The apartment spreads over two floors and has a separate entrance. The 20m² bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed and a single bed. As additional single bed or child's cot (for children up to the age of two) can be added upon request. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a sink. You can find a small supply closet underneath the staircase. The floors are made of handmade clay tiles. On the first floor you will find the living room with a kitchen unit and a dining table. The kitchen unit is furnished with a gas stove, a toaster, a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room boasts a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. The floors on the first floor are antique oak. The furnishings are simple and in pastel shades. Each wall has windows, offering views over the moraine landscape.
