Country home on the property of a farm in the natural reserve Pein de les Gaverres

The country home La Pahissa de Can Abras is situated on the property of a farm in the natural reserve Pein de les Gaverres and is surrounded by fields and forests with oak and pine trees.

The outside area of the property offers a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. There is a swimming pool with lounge chairs. Bicycles, Ping-Pong, basketball, volleyball and darts are all available at no additional cost.

The one storey house has central heating. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the living/dining area with an open spaced kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge/freezer combo, a ceran stove, a toaster, a mixer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining table offers space for up to eight people. By adding a little table, you can accommodate another two. The living room offers sofas with room for five people and satellite television, a DVD player, free wireless internet access and a small selection of books.After ascending a small step, to your right you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Following that, there is another bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds and yet after that a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

The house is located in unspoiled countryside near the small river Verneda. Following the river, you will get to a small reservoir and the natural reserve Pein Les Gavarres, with its 200 year old cork oaks. You may also come and visit the animals on the farm, including rabbits, dogs, cats, chickens and a small herd of sheep. Feel free to bring your own pet.

Upon request, we can provide two children's' beds, two highchairs and an additional bed. Dogs are also permitted upon request.

    “arrivé à 13h00, le logement n'était pas prêt, il a fallut attendre 18h00 pour prendre possession des lieux, car l'employé n'a été prévenue que la veille de notre arrivée. Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ni au départ. Logement propre: mais lave vaisselle obsolète, descriptif des loisirs pas en adéquation avec la réalité: panier de basket (pour enfant non pour adulte) cassé, vélos sans pédales, celle cassée, pneus plats, table de ping pong (c'était un filet à ajouter sur une table de salon de jardin, la piscine grande et propre avec douche extérieure à proximité. Impossible de rester dehors le soir car les chiens en liberté (berger allemand) propriétaire injoignable car pas de réseau de téléphone ainsi que pour le wifi. Néanmoins propriétaire accueillante qui ne parle pas le français ni anglais pourtant indiqué lors de la réservation. Heureusement que l'employé parlait français, mais hélas vu que deux fois sur la semaine.”

    “Bonne nuit,
    L'appartement était prêt à 3 heures de l'après-midi. Normalement l'arrivée est à partir de 16h, l'après-midi en été. Nous comptons entièrement sur les clients et ne faisons généralement pas d’état de lieux. Le lave-vaisselle aura environ 10 ans mais il fonctionnera correctement, si non ce ne serait pas dans la maison. Le panier de basket était cassé. Il y a 8 vélos dans la maison, dont 3 ont dû être réparés, 5 étaient disponibles. Le berger allemand que nous avons, Duna, sait comment sauter la barrière et nous devons la faire enfermer pour le moment sur le porche, Duna nous a échappés un après-midi. La gite dispose de 2 lignes WIFI. Dans le même bâtiment habitent les propriétaires qui sont à votre disposition pour tout problème pouvant survenir pendant les vacances.
