Holiday home with wellness area

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1992 and renovated in 2013 is functional furnished. The property is located on a farm, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Horní Branná, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 30 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September.
