    “Neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Durch Klimaanlage können die Fenster und Türen in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben, was die Stadtgeräusche perfekt unterdrückt. Wohnung ist herrlich kühl und obwohl mitten in der Stadt eine Oase der Erholung, wo man sich nach dem Strand bzw. auch Abends zurückziehen kann. Supermarkt und Obst-/Gemüsemarkt als praktische Wohnungsnachbarn, ebenso eine Bäckerei und die ersten Restaurants in den verschiedensten Preiskategorien.
    Vermieter war sehr bemüht. Lebt in Split (65km Entfernung), was aber kein Problem darstellt.
    Bitte bedenken, dass das Fahrzeug auf einen gesichterten Parkplatz am 300m entfernten Hafen (vom Vermieter vorreserviert) abzustellen ist und das Ent- und Beladen auf der Hauptstrasse bei starkem Verkehr zu erfolgen hat (Entfernung zum Wohnhaus: 50m).
    Trotzdem war das Haus mit seiner Lage und seine Annehmlichkeiten ein Genuss. Als Tipp, wenn man das ganze Haus mit seinen 2 Wohnungen mietet: Genaue Raumaufteilung beachten und Vermieter vor der Anreise die Anzahl der Fahrzeuge mitteilen.”
