This spacious and comfortable holiday apartment is in a detached duplex house with an extensive site, surrounded by fields, away from the centre of town. So you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, benefit from the large garden and the proximity to the embankment and the North Sea just 200 metres away.
The generous and well-tended garden will entice you outside onto the 2500m² site. It is fully enclosed and is for your own exclusive use. You can enjoy meals outdoors on the terrace with an awning. There is a charcoal grill for preparing meals. Children can look forward to a swing and a gym corner. You can enjoy the sun on the separate seating areas. There is plenty of parking space right by the house.
The generous non-smoking apartment is accessed through a separate entrance and creates the impression of an independent holiday house. It is only the kitchen on the ground floor that lies below a room used by the owners. This ensures a very quiet stay with ample privacy. The interior consists of a ground floor and an upper floor totaling 120m². The ground floor has a kitchen with a dining space, a cosy living room, a bedroom and a shower room with a WC. The rooms are accessed individually from a long hallway. The upper floor has two further bedrooms and a second shower room with a WC. The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The two double beds in the upper-floor bedrooms measure 200 x 200cm. One bedroom has a relaxation armchair with a leg rest, if you would like to read a good book undisturbed. The other bedroom has a TV. After a day trip, you can relax together in the living room on an upholstered corner sofa and an armchair. The dining room in the kitchen invites up to eight people to dine together. A stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster are provided for comprehensive self-catering. The daylight shower rooms have a shower cubicle, a WC and a washbasin.
Apart from the beach, you can also go on trips to the holiday towns Wremen and Dorum-Naufeld – each about 6km from the house and within around 20 minutes by bicycle. Cafes and restaurants look forward to your visit. There are shops in the form of supermarkets and discount shops the same distance away. The city Bremerhaven with the Klimahaus and Einwandererhaus is worth a visit around 25km away. It is just 27km to Cuxhaven.
