This pretty villa is located in the countryside, yet within walking distance of the picturesque old town of Pollensa. The beaches of Cala San Vicente, with its three small beaches of Cala Barques, Cala Molins & Cala Clara are only a 10 minute drive away. The popular resort of Puerto Pollensa is 10 minutes by car, here you will find many bars, restaurants and shops along with a variety of watersports.
Villa Toni Mosca is a good quality villa nicely furnished and with lawned gardens and spacious rooms. The swimming pool has Roman steps. There is also a small play area for children. A covered barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dining complete with a large wooden dining table. Covered terraces and views to the surrounding countryside. This house is an ideal choice for families with children.

    “Das Haus war super, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten sehr schön gepflegt mit vielen Blumen. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde schnell ersetzt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Heizung, die nicht angestellt werden konnte, als es einmal sehr kühl wurde und es den ganzen Tag geregnet hatte. Die oberen Betten sollten durch normale Doppelbetten ersetzt werden, da man auf den Einzelbetten nicht sehr gut schlafen konnte. Sie knarrten und quietschten und die Matratzen waren nicht sehr liegefreundlich.. Wir würden das Haus aber wieder buchen, da es ansonsten wunderschön ist. Auch mit Kindern konnte man ohne Probleme zu Fuß nach Pollenca laufen.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswerte, top gepflegte und sehr große Finca. Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit gepflegtem, großen Pool. Objekt war bei der Übernahme extrem sauber. Handtücher, Badetücher ... alles vorhanden.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Das Haus ist außerordentlich großzügig mit vielen liebevollen Details, sowohl bei der Innenausstattung als auch bei der Außenanlage. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gewährt einen ungetrübten Urlaub. Frühaufsteher sollten nach dem Frühstück duschen, da erst nach acht Uhr warmes Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Hier sollte der Vermieter die Zeitschaltuhr früher stellen. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben einzeln stehende und manchmal störend knarrende Betten. Hier besteht Verbesserungspotential. Wir waren zu zwei Ehepaaren dort und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Pollenca ist wirklich zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein gut sortierter deutscher Discounter erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Kinder können im Garten gut spielen. Spielgeräte sind liebevoll arrangiert. Durch den sehr gepflegten Pool bestehen allerdings Gefahren für Kleinkinder.”
