Bright apartment in a sail-shaped apartment building, on the beach of Marotta, an old fishing port, where in the morning you can buy fresh fish. It is set about 10 metres from a pebble beach and from its panoramic terrace, the view extends over a long stretch of coast, up to Senigallia. On the back side, about 20 metres away, runs a railway line. A restaurant with pool, snack bar offering seafood, bar and pizzeria is about 20 m away. The locality Marotta boasts of the "blue flag", which stands for pure water. Distances: Senigallia 1,5 km; Fano 10 km, Riccione, a popular centre of the Riviera, 55 km.     “Wohnung ist etwas klein gewesen, hatte aber alles was man braucht und der Strand lag einem zu Füßen. Der einzige Mangel ist der enge Dusch-Eingang gewesen. Der Kieselstrand und das Wasser waren sauber.
    Alles in einem i.O.”

    “Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, etwas spärlich eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist mit der kurzen Entfernung zum Strand perfekt. Der Strand ist ein Kiesstrand, im Wasser jedoch ist nach etwa 10m Sand, und auf dem Strand kann man problemlos ohne Liege mit einem Badetuch liegen und barfuß (langsam) laufen. Das Wasser ist je nach Wellengang (bei uns war er immer ziemlich schwach) relativ sauber. Auf dem Strand war es nie überfüllt, man hatte immer freie Platzwahl.
    Auch zu erwähnen ist, dass gegenüber dem Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite Zuggleise sind, und dort regelmäßig Züge fahren, auch nachts. Die Züge sind deutlich hörbar, aber nachts haben sie uns seltsamerweise nicht geweckt, auch unseren kleinen 10-monatigen Bub nicht, und haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt.
    Die Küche ist etwas klein, das Bad in Ordnung.
    Wir würden wieder diese Wohnung nehmen, da sie für uns (3 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) völlig ausreichend und trotz der Züge sehr ruhig war.”
