Our apartments and holiday flats of the Villa la Vega are located in a unique location in the quaint town of Tias, near the famous coastal town of Puerto del Carmen.

The amazing location of the Villa la Vega makes this holiday property so unique. The finca is located on the edge of Tias (hillside location), about 5 km above the famous tourist destination of Puerto del Carmen.

Subdivided into 4 lovingly furnished holiday flats/apartments, the Villa la Vega is in a perfect location to explore the island.

From the patios - or even from the sofa - you can enjoy the wonderful sun rise and sun set.

A well maintained tropical garden surrounds the heated pool, which you can enjoy year round. The sun terrace which is protected from the wind is ideal for relaxing. The pool and the sun patio are accessible to all guests of the Villa la Vega.

Enjoy the unique views and the peace and quiet here. You will surely spend an unforgettable holiday here. This may be your first, but not your last stay at the Villa la Vega.

Apartment 2

Our Apartment 2 - approximately 90 m² - offers a comfortable bedroom, which can comfortably accommodate 2-3 people. The very spacious entrance area offers plenty of space for an additional bed. Apartment 2 has a very comfortable living room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. This flat also has a modern bathroom. From the living room you have access to a approximately 20 m² sun terrace; the bedroom also has a private, smaller terrace. All rooms of this apartment and of course the patios, offer stunning ocean views.

The four comfortable holiday flats, which are all very similar, have been furnished with quality furnishings and attention to detail. All apartments boasts a large sun terrace with unique ocean views. Additionally, the apartments offer access to the garden and pool area.

The bedroom:

All apartments are furnished with two single beds each (can be combined to a double bed), a large wardrobe, a dresser and a bed with down duvets. Each apartment has a safe. All bedrooms except for one offer ocean views! Bedding is changed weekly.

Kitchen:

The fully furnished kitchens boast a glass ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, a bread knife, a vegetable knife, dishes, glasses etc, as well as dish towels and dish soap and cleaning rags.

Bathroom:

A large bathroom/toilet with two sinks (apartments with 2 bedrooms) or one sink (apartment with 1 bedroom), shower/bathtub, towels for indoor use (large and small; additional ones can be found in the dresser), a hairdryer and a bath mat.
All bathrooms have natural light. There is a closet with a bucket and a broom; towels are changed twice/week. A communal washing machine of the Villa la Vega is at your disposal.

The living room:

The living room - comfortable living room with a sofa and two armchairs - boasts a satellite television with a radio, a large selection of books and access to the patio.

A UMTS modem can be supplied upon request.

Underfloor heating:

The apartments have underfloor heating. Due to the high cost of running it, we only run it per request and charge for the usage.
