Holiday apartment with a parking space, surrounded by greenery

The cosy holiday apartment renovated in 2011 in the Kiel district of Wellsee measures 56m² and has a generous living room with an open kitchen. It has a bedroom with a double bed and two further people can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is on the upper floor of the building built in 1994, adjoined to the historical old building from the year 1880. The six heritage-protected linden trees on site complete the harmonious scene. The apartment has a big glass front to the rear, affording an unobstructed view over the meadows and moor area behind. The apartment has free wireless Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a convection oven and an infrared grill, a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, while the living room has a big sofa bed for two people and a dining corner with four chairs, as well as a 37” TFT television with digital satellite TV and a DVD player, as well as a stereo system with a CD player, a USB port and Line-In (AUX). The bathroom includes a hairdryer. An iron, ironing board and cot are available.

The nearest bakery is 400 metres away, within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 850 metres away. The town centre of Kiel is 5km away and easy to get to by car or public transport.

The entrance is separate and there is a private driveway, which you can park on right in front of the door.
