This holiday apartment is close to the Nature Park Monte San Bartolo in Pesaro. The beach Baia Flaminia is only 100 metres away.
The about 55 m² large apartment is very bright and comprises of a large living room with dining table, bookcase and sofa bed; one bedroom has a double bed and terrace from which you have a lovely view towards the Nature Park San Bartolo. Furthermore the apartment has a bathroom with shower which was renovated in 2011 and an open kitchen with oven, fridge and freezing compartment. The apartment is on the 6th floor. A lift is available.
The outside area offers two terraces one of which as already mentioned offering a view of the Nature Park San Bartolo. From the other terrace one can enjoy a splendid view across the sea whilst indulging a meal. Furthermore the outside area also provides a garden for communal use. There are sufficient parking spaces.
The apartment is just a kilometre away from the town centre. You will find good shopping facilities in the area as well as bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pools etc. ensuring a great vacation.
