    “Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer eher schmuddeligen Gegend (von der Metro-Station herkommend liegt oft Müll auf der Straße und es riecht zeitweise nach Urin). Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Sehr viele Glühbirnen brennen nicht mehr (in der Küche war das Deckenlicht defekt, es war einfach eine "Nachttischlampe" als Ersatz vor Ort). Im Badezimmer war die obere Haltevorrichtung der Duschstange aus der Wand gerissen, welche mit Plastikschnüren provisorisch an der Decke festgebunden wurde.
