The solar heated pool (8.90 m x 4.90 m), the whirlpool for four people and the sun loungers in the pool area, will ensure a relaxing holiday for you. Enjoy the views of the canal; especially the stunning sunsets. There are plenty of pool toys that will keep the kids entertained. The spacious patio/garden boasts a hammock, where you can read, relax and daydream. The pool area has recently been furnished with a gas barbecue (April 2015) and modern seating accommodation for six people. The boat dock boasts two chairs and makes for a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the turtles, the water fowl and the fish.
The 189 m² house comfortably accommodates up to eight people. The colours of the interior design concept are turquoise and white to reflect the colours of the water. Relax on the leather sofa in the living room, while keeping in touch with family, friends or work back home via the internet. The fully furnished kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A media area with a large flat screen HDTV and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the property. An additional laptop with a high-speed internet connection (10 MB) lets you surf at cyber speed. . There is also an iPad/iPod docking station. There are 100 DVDs with current movies (2011-2014) at your disposal, including DVDs for kids. . There are also adult and children's books, board games and kids games. The sliding glass doors in the living and bedrooms can be fully opened up to the pool area. The utility room is equipped with a new washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Both bathrooms boast large showers with rain shower heads, new toilets and new sinks. Plenty of hand and shower towels are at your disposal. Both bathrooms have windows.
