Stay in a lovely rustic environment, in a lookalike mansion, yet closeto all the fun Swedish west coast has to offer. This location is trulyone of a kind; it is so close to both Smögen and Kungshamn that youactually can take a short walk there.

You will stay in a place where you can relax and where it is verypeaceful and quiet. Why not start the day with breakfast on the patiowhich are connected to the kitchen area. You can take a stroll just fora few minutes, to pick up freshly baked bread from the bakery nearby andhave your own brewed coffee from the espresso machine in the kitchen.

This holiday home has a lovely kitchen with a large dining area,tastefully furnishings with comfortable units like the espresso machine,ice- and water machine in the fridge-freezer combination and a TV. Thefeelings you get from cocking on the kitchen island are luxury andclass, the oven and microwave will be right behind you in a comfortablework height. On the ground floor you will find a generous living room with a dining space and a wood-burning stove,2 bedrooms and a laundryroom.

Upstairs you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 fully tiled freshbathrooms and a generous living room with a wood-burning stove. In thelarge bathroom you can treat yourself with a lovely home-spa experience;the bath is equipped with an exercise machine, whirlpool, sauna andshower.

If you have a horse there is a possibility to take it with you. There isa beautiful English stable located behind the holiday home with apaddock, where you can rent a space for your horse after agreement withthe owner.

You can have your first dip of the day from the bridge locatedapproximately 600m from the holiday home, there is also aswimming/exercise hall next to the bridge if the weather is not on yourside that particular day.

In Väjern there a few shops, bakery and a pizzeria, a pitch for boulesand lovely jogging tracks. The charming archipelago communities Smögenand Kungshamn are bursting with life during the summer seasons.Smögenbryggan has all the popular boathouse stores, pubs andrestaurants. All this makes Smögenbryggan an experience you don´t wantto miss out on. Take the boat from the port of Smögen and discover theunique island of Hållö, visit wonderful bathing sites throughout theentire municipality, fish for crabs or test deep-sea fishing, try outscuba diving or horseback riding. There´s plenty to choose from when youvisit Sotenäset.

Just a 100m from the holiday home a beautiful walking trail namedSoteleden extends out. It twists and turns though the unique landscapeof Bohuslän, over rocks, meadows and woodlands, past kettle holes andother remnants from the inlands ice.

Nordens Ark (the endangered animal park) is another exciting andinteresting excursion, an unforgettable trip for both the younger aswell the older one in the company.

This holiday home is not available for youth groups to rent, look atparagraph 3.3 in the rental terms.

    “Wir haben mit 15 Personen, drei davon Kinder 2 Jahre, eine Woche im Haus gewohnt. Das Haus liegt malerisch zwischen Hügeln nicht weit ab vom Schuss, aber dennoch abgeschieden genug zum ausspannen. Die Räume bieten ausreichend Platz und sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Gerade die Soundanlage die in allen Räumen hinzugeschaltet werden kann sind ein super Detail.

    Die Betten sind bequem, mit Ausnahme der 2 Klappbetten und der Ausziehcaoch, die bei jeder Bewegung quietscht, aber das ist verschmerzbar. Die Thematik Hausreinigung die nicht im Preis enthalten ist, ist zwar lästig, aber mit vielen Händen hats ein schnelles Ende. Das Haus ist trotzdem nur zu empfehlen und wir vermissen es jetzt schon.”

    “Das Haus war sauber und gut. Allerdings fanden wir, dass die Schlafmöglichkeiten für 16 Personen zwar gehen, aber nur bedingt komfortabel sind, da manches auf einfachen Liegen ist - in 4er Räumen usw. Das war so in der Beschreibung nicht zu finden. Ansonsten schöne Küche, ruhige Lage an den Felsen. War gut :-)”

    “Wir verbrachten 14 Tage mit der Familie (11 Personen + Baby) in dem Haus. Es ist wirklich sehr schön mit viel Platz und idyllischer Lage. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, Miele-Kaffeemaschine, Induktionsherd, großer Weber Gasgrill, 2 Kamine usw.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die im Haus über den Hof gegenüber wohnt. Einziges Manko: die Miete beinhaltet leider keine Endreinigung, so dass wir es selber machen mussten, ging zwar mit 11 Leutchen recht flott, aber wer will im Urlaub schon putzen??
    Dass Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden muss, sollte auch in der Hausbeschreibung deutlich stehen. Dieser Hinweis kam erst mit der Wegbeschreibung ganz kleingedruckt am Ende der Mail, hätten wir fast vergessen.”
