Modern guest house with an open design on a private site with a garden and a pool


The guest house enjoys a quiet location. It is in the district of San Giovanni la Punta and is about ten minutes from the centre of Catania and the sea.

The holiday accommodation is an independent annexe of the owners’ villa. The house has an open, loft-style living space of around 80m². The former, rustic tradition of the building is combined with modern comfort and creates the ideal atmosphere for a pleasant stay. The accommodation comprises a modern, fully-equipped built-in kitchen, a cosy sleeping area with a double bed, a double sofa bed and fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with Sky TV, an iron and a hairdryer, as well as heating, air conditioning and solar panels.

Guests staying in the annex can share use of the park-like garden with furniture and a barbecue, as well as the pool. Free parking spaces are available on site.

The house is located in a quiet oasis, far away from the chaos of town. The accommodation is perfect for a stay between mountains (Etna 20 minutes) and the sea (10 minutes). The convenient location, near the motorway exit for Catania, makes it possible to get to the town centre in 10 minutes, Taormina in 30 minutes and many other places worth a visit.

    “Schönes modern eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar Lebensmittel für das Frühstück vorhanden, den großen Pool kann man zur jeder Zeit mit benutzen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die italienisch und englisch sprechen. Beim ersten Mal nicht leicht zu finden, aber idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagestouren mit dem Mietwaagen, den man sicher auf dem Grundstück parken kann.”

    “Es handelt sich hierbei um ein separat stehendes, geräumiges und sehr geschmackvolles Apartment. Im Außenbereich stehen ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Wir wurden sogar mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen sowie mit allerhand Lebensmittel (Milch, Butter, Kaffee, Marmelade, Tee, Wein, Wasser ...) überrascht. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt und das bei einem einwöchigem Aufenthalt. Stadtnah und doch ruhig gelegen.”
