Very nice holiday house with a private pool situated only 8km away from the center of the beautiful city of Avignon and its famous Palais des Papes. Pretty enclosed green garden surrounds the holiday villa and you will enjoy the quiet area of Angles, located along the right bank of the Rhone, former stronghold of Vaucluse’s wealthiest families. The heart of this large village is a real jewel of the 14th century, perched on a cliff, offering stunning views of the City of Popes and the valley. Many activities await you : biking, hiking, swimming and canoeing in Gardon, climbing, cycling ... Make sure to visit the stunning Pont du Gard, the Luberon, and within minutes, Avignon, the Palais des Papes built in the fourteenth century and its lively place, its opera, its famous bridge, museums of the Petit Palais and Palais du Roure, its historic center surrounded by walls, with ancient streets, mansions and restored facades. For amateurs, the theater festival in July is a great experience to live. A few minutes from your holiday home, stroll along the banks of the Isle of Barthelasse, with its lively guinguettes on the waterfront.

    “Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in der Provence. Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unproblematisch, man sollte jedoch französisch können. Das Haus ist mit einer super Küche ausgestattet und hat auch sonst alles, was man braucht. Der kleine Pool ist etwas kühl (wie in Frankreich üblich), aber goldwert in der heißen Zeit.

    Die Vermieterin hat nicht 60 Euro sondern 70 für die Endreinigung verlangt!”
