    “In El Golfo unseres Erachtens der Top-Spot, toll gelegen, herrlicher Blick erste Reihe auf die Vulkanberge und das Meer incl. Sonnenuntergang. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und machen eine ausführliche Einführung incl. Informationen über die Insel. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit tollen Details eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung incl. der Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung, die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Objekt. An der Sauberkeit können wir nichts aussetzen, regelmäßig wurde gereinigt und es erfolgte ein Wäscheaustausch sowie eine Poolreinigung. Es ist ein Haus / Finca im klassischen Vulkanstein-Lanzarote-Stiel mit kleinem Innenhof. Ein Naturpool ist zusätzlich zum Pool nutzbar. Die Terrassenmöbel, insbesondere die Liegen, sind zu 100%ig abgerockt und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Zu dem Objekt gehören 4 Wohnungen, was aber im Rahmen der Internetpräsentation nicht offensichtlich ist, dass nur eine der Wohnungen direkten Meerblick hat, allerdings können alle Parteien den Gemeinschaftsbereich sowie die große Terrasse mit Meerblick nutzen, nur eine Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine.”
