The property is composed of two little independent structures with their own outdoor space and an old mill, where the owner seldom sleeps. He is a respectful and unobtrusive person, always ready to welcome and help his guests. Mulino Lord is surrounded by a large and well groomed garden, where you will find many beautiful plants and flowers. The property is completed by a nice pool and a relaxing outdoor Jacuzzi.

The first building is composed of a living room with fireplace and a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In front of the house you will find an ample veranda with chairs and tables where you can eat, couches and a barbecue. Furthermore, you will also be able to relax using the swimming pool and the outdoor Jacuzzi. The second building is just a few meters away from the first one and is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find a mezzanine with a small living room. You will also be able to relax and unwind outdoors, using the chairs and tables set in front of the house.

SAN LORENZO IN CAMPO
San Lorenzo in Campo is also known for being the pearl of the Cesano Valley. It lies at 209m above sea level and it is half away from the adriatic sea and the Appenines. It is at the border of a archeologic area, 25km from the sea (Marotta) and 25km from the Catria Mountain (1720m). The town is surrounded by a rural landscape, which is typical in the region le Marche.
TO VISIT
The town was built during the 7th and the 9th century thanks to the construction of the Benedictine abbey. You will have to visit this charming abbey which is considered to be one of the most beautiful abbeys in the region le Marche. Close to the town center, at the top of a hill, there is also two gorgeous little villages: San Vito and Montalfoglio, which still have the original medieval structure and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Cesano valley. If you are looking for relaxation, peacefullnes and pure air this is the place you want to visit. A must is the historical commemoration where people march in old medieval dresses and the dispute among the mills.
