The holiday home is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining privacy: The house is divided into 3 apartments, which are not interconnected. The largest apartment is on the 1st floor and has an equipped panoramic terrace; The ground floor apartments have an outdoor area. In the beautiful panoramic garden is a beautiful swimming pool with bath, large gazebo and barbecue for outdoor dining. The house is surrounded by the vineyard of the home owner, who produces a good Tuscan wine. The favourable location on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, offers the opportunity to visit the many art cities in the region and to participate in numerous food and wine festivals in the neighbouring villages in the summer. Covered parking for three cars, fly screens on all windows, garden with organic products for the guests, possibility of buying olive oil and wine from the owner.
