Braemar is a cosy holiday home in the heart of Oban, which offers a stunning view of Oban Bay and the sea from every window.
The house provides a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room with access to the kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which has its own shower bath) and a bathroom on almost 90 square metres. You can enter the house through a double door, while from the hallway behind it, you can access the living room on the right and the dining room on the left. The attractively furnished living room offers a large, comfortable sofa corner, a fireplace and a TV with DVD player. On a fitted shelf is a selection of books and DVDs. There is space for up to eight people at an extendable corner table in the dining room. A sofa, which can be converted into a double bed at night, invites you to relax and read in front of the gas fireplace. From the dining room you have direct access to the kitchen. It has a washing machine along with a stove and refrigerator. The bathroom halfway up the stairs is equipped with a washbasin, bathtub with shower and toilet. The master bedroom is above the living room. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A walk-in wardrobe and two chests of drawers provide ample storage space. Here you can even enjoy the great view of Oban Bay and the sea from the double bed. The bedroom which is located above the dining room also has a double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers as well as its own wash basin. The third bedroom is situated between the two afore-mentioned bedrooms and offers a single bed and a chest of drawers.
A door from the kitchen leads directly into the garden behind the house. The house offers the luxury of two gardens. The garden located on the left side of the house is fenced and therefore ideal for use with small children. The second garden is accessed via a staircase behind the house. The large observation terrace offers a great view over the whole town, the sea and the islands and is ideal for enjoying long Scottish summer evenings.

The most essential sights of the town - McCaig's Tower and the whiskey distillery as well as the leisure centre with tennis courts and sports grounds, a swimming pool, sauna, fitness classes, massage treatments and a playground are in the immediate vicinity. Shops, restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. The ferries (to Mull, etc.), buses and train station can be reached on foot in only a few minutes. There is both a golf course and riding stables in Oban as well as several providers of canoe and boat tours.
