This spacious and bright vacation home enjoys a quiet rural location just 1km from the sandy beach, one of Locquirec's five beaches in total. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a sink, and the attic bedrooms are also comfortable. A stair gate is provided for the safety of your children. The coastal hiking trail on this small peninsula is known for its views of beautiful scenery and passes a variety of prehistoric landmarks. Worth seeing in the area are the castle of Locquirec at 4km and Morlaix with its beautiful houses. Good conditions for kite surfing and catamaran sailing. Refrigerator without freezer.

    “Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, wenn man Ruhe und frische Meeresluft liebt. Im Sommer rund fünf Grad kühler als wenige Kilometer weiter im Innenland.
    Weg zum Meer nicht gut zu Fuß zu gehen, da die Straße sehr steil hinabführt (14 % Gefälle).
    Große Küche (mit Eßtisch und sechs Stühlen), ordentlich eingerichtet; Wohnzimmer im »Wintergarten«, der sehr warm werden kann.
    Betten auf landestypischen Niveau. Stand August 2022: Miserable Schränkchen in den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoß (Leben aus dem Koffer). Waschmaschine »in Ordnung«.
    Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig, da es gar keinen Trittschutz im ersten Stock gibt.. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoß ist schmal und steil.
    Positiv: Guter Fernseher mit DVD-Player und diversen englischsprachigen Filmen, auch deutsches Fernsehen; WLAN in Ordnung.
