This quality apartment was purchased by the owner before construction, so he could choose one of the best placements in the building. The apartment is simply but practically furnished. There is an open kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Of course there is internet in the apartment. On the second floor the apartment has a south and a southeast balcony. From here you have beautiful views of the promenade and the beach of one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Vendée coast.
