Holiday apartment with a sun terrace and a magnificent view of the sea and Tavolara Island
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a row house in the residential area of ‘Istana Mare’, and enjoys a wonderful panoramic location: on the slope of a hill with a view of the beach and the sea, framed by Tavolara Island and the surrounding hills.
The holiday apartment consists of a large and light kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a dining table and a sofa bed for two people (single beds). There is also a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The shower room is decorated with typical Sardinian tiles. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. Available, as an optional service, Mobile Internet Wi-fi with 5 GB to download.
Outside there is a veranda, furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a sun terrace with deckchairs and sea views – all framed by colourful flowers. The apartment has a convenient parking space in the central car park of the residential estate.
